During this training participants will review and discuss the language, intention and guidelines included under MA OEMS protocol Routine Patient Care 1.0.  This will be expanded on utilizing discussion and scenarios to apply appropriate protocols based on assessment findings.  Scenarios will include respiratory, cardiac arrest, Trauma/Head Injury among other clinical presentations and incorporate the tenets of crew resource management to enhance the team approach to patient care.
